Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse by trusted logistics service providers. Kindly allow the following days for delivery from the receipt of your order:
Domestic Orders
- All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days (except for public holidays and Sundays).
- You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days from the date of order processing.
International Orders
- All international orders are processed within 2 business days (except for public holidays and Sundays).
- You can expect delivery within 7-10 business days from the date of order processing.
Delivery Option Issues
If the delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for delivery through our website. Please email us at

Shipping Charges
- Any shipping fee applicable will be promptly displayed during checkout for both domestic and international orders.
Custom Charges and Handling Rates
Custom charges, import duties, and any other applicable government taxes may apply and will be communicated by the logistics service provider at the time of delivery. The following terms apply to these charges:
- Your shipment may be subject to Customs Duty Charges / Import Duties / Other applicable government taxes at the time of arrival in your country.
- You can check the expected Customs Duty Charges / Import Duties / Other applicable taxes on the relevant government websites.
- Please ensure to check your country’s cosmetic laws and regulations before placing an order.
- Any applicable charges must be borne by the customer. Padma (BM Enterprises) is not liable for these charges under any circumstances.
- The shipping charges included in your order value do not cover these additional charges.
- If the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs or import duties, Padma reserves the right to deduct the shipping and return charges from the total order value when processing any refund.
Order Deliveries
- Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone else (family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.) to sign for the delivery. Padma (BM Enterprises) is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.

Returns and Refunds
At Padma, we aim to offer an excellent shopping experience. However, please note that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are unopened and undamaged.
Damaged or Defective Products
- In case you receive a tampered or damaged product, please contact Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the order with supporting images and/or video.
- For any product quality issues, please get in touch with us within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Padma is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Any damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under our returns/exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
- We will only accept exchanges for products that are returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging, and undamaged.
- Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Padma.
- No refunds will be issued once goods are sold.
