Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse by trusted logistics service providers. Kindly allow the following timelines from the date of order processing:
Domestic Orders (India)
- Processing: Within 2 business days (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
- Delivery: Expected within 5–10 business days
International Orders
- Processing: Within 2 business days (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
- Delivery: Expected within 10–15 business days (may vary depending on customs and local postal services)
Delivery Option Issues
If the delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for delivery through our website. Please contact us at support@padmaindia.com

Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout for both domestic and international orders.
- Shipping charges included in the order do not cover customs, import duties, or other government taxes.
Customs, Duties, and Handling Fees (International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duty charges, import duties, and other government taxes.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees; Padma (B.M. Enterprises) is not liable for these charges.
- You can check your country’s applicable customs duties and import regulations via your local government websites before placing an order.
- If a customer refuses to pay customs/import duties, Padma reserves the right to deduct shipping and return charges from any refunds.
Order Deliveries
- Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- A signature is required upon delivery. If unavailable, please arrange for an authorized person to sign. Padma is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.
Returns and Refunds
At Padma, we aim to provide an excellent shopping experience. Please note the following:
Hygiene and Safety Policy
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Only unopened, undamaged, and saleable products are eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Report any tampered or damaged product within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or video.
- For product quality issues, contact us within 7 days from delivery.
- Padma is not responsible for damages resulting from neglect, improper use, or incorrect application.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted only for products returned in original packaging and saleable condition.
- All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Padma.
- Refunds will not be issued once goods are sold.
