Directions:

-Hair Oil: Massage into scalp and hair. Leave on for at least 3 hours or overnight before shampooing. Use weekly for best results.
-Karuna Balm: Apply a small amount to clean hands 2–3 times daily or as needed. For overnight relief, apply a thicker layer and cover with cotton gloves.
